My first week on the big "D" (diet) went pretty well. I'm striving each day to do something toward my weight loss goal. It's going to be a lengthy journey, but it will be worth it.
I'm down 3 pounds! Yeah! Yippee! Hurray!
My successes for the week were in recording what I ate 5 out of 7 days (I always struggle on Saturday and Sunday with portion control and choosing healthy foods) and I walked on the treadmill Monday through Friday for 15 minutes each day.
All in all, a good first week.
It's Monday again, so a fresh start to a new week.
