My mind has turned to thoughts of spring.
We've had a lot of gray skies and rain the past few days. If it isn't going to snow, then give me spring with it's pretty bursts of color!
I'm looking forward to my peony bush bursting with buds...
A splash of color from my creeping phlox...
Cheerful daffodils and crocus that never fail to bring a smile to my face...
Sitting out on the deck with hook and yarn...
and, listening to the birds sing their cheerful song as they busily build their nests.
Just a short couple of months...
60ish days...
and my part of the world will be bursting with beautiful color...
I can't wait!

Can't wait for the spring either! We've still got a little rest of snow here in k-town, but after a few weeks of arctic cold, it's getting milder now - with lots of rain and wind. Ugly.
