I wanted to include a couple of dishcloths with a family member's Christmas gift, so I found some pretty cotton yarn in my stash and started working away. I wanted to use sunny and bright colors that would be cheerful on the grayest winter day.
What I came up with is the Citrus Twist Dishcloth...
A fun little dishcloth with a lot of "a-peel". :-)

What a lovely gift set. Will be giving this pattern a try while I have time over the winter holiday. :) I love making dishcloths as they whip up so fast. Hope you have a great day. Tammy
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. I often will carry the makings for a dishcloth in my purse to work on when I get "stuck" somewhere. I'm sure the family member receiving these cloths will be very appreciative. Hope you're having a nice week and staying warm :).
ReplyDeleteThank you Sharon Marie and Tammy! Hope you both have a great day! :-)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!

ReplyDeleteHeather, these are fantastic! Another must make for me. I love the colors you used too. Have to admit I'm a copy cat, I have to look and see and if I have these colors I'll be doing the same. Thanks for sharing the pattern. By the way, your scarf in the previous post is gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteThanks! They are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment Deb. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love your pattern. I am new to crocheting, so I am probably not reading it correctly, but you stated in row 2, to sk a stitch. Is that skip?
ReplyDeleteThank you Deaun. Yes, the sk stands for skip and the st or sts stands for stitch or stitches. Thank you for your nice compliment. Have a great day! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty pattern. Thanks so much for sharing. I am going to make these as a gift for my sister. I am sure she will love them.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the nice compliment Bella Sera Boutique. :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Alannah, the ch-2, turn (throughout) does not count as a stitch. Hope that helps.
ReplyDeleteYes that helps alot! Thank you! I linked your blog though my blog!
ReplyDeleteThank you Alannah! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the subtlety in this pattern. It's visually interesting without assaulting the eyes -- very elegant! I'm making one as a housewarming gift.
